We invite you to join us at the 2020 Carl Rogers Annual Conference in San Diego from August 1-5, 2020.

Our venue will be the beautiful hill-top campus of the University of San Diego, a short drive from the airport and from downtown. In addition to offering an excellent variety of meeting rooms, hosting on campus allows us to provide more affordable food and lodging options than a hotel venue. It also allows our people to combine our conference with their summer vacations – San Diego in the summer time is a wonderful stop on anyone’s trip to the West Coast.

The University requires the purchase of a food plan for all people staying in campus housing, and requires us to collect these payments and pay them prior to the conference. We are asking all attendees, including those staying off campus, to purchase meal plans at the time of registration. The purchase of these packages allows the University to plan food preparation to include our group, since normal classes will not be in attendance during our visit.

All meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner – will be in the Pavilion Food Court area in the adjoining building to our meeting rooms, with 4 or 5 food stations with different food offerings including vegetarian and vegan options. Based on the University’s experience, the average meal expenditure is:  $10 –  breakfast, 13.25 lunch, 14.25 supper plus 7.75% state tax = $40.41per day.
