The University requires the purchase of a food plan for all people staying in campus housing, and requires us to collect these payments and pay them prior to the conference. We are asking all attendees, including those staying off campus, to purchase meal plans at the time of registration. The purchase of these packages allows the University to plan food preparation to include our group, since normal classes will not be in attendance during our visit.
